对我国当前提出的供给侧改革的背景、内涵以及煤炭行业供给侧改革的政策环境和任务方向进行了介绍;阐述了标准在煤炭行业供给侧改革过程中的积极作用,提出了加强标准体系建设,用标准引领煤炭行业技术创新、转型升级,淘汰过剩产能、促进煤炭行业持续发展的对策建议。

The paper introduced the background and connotation of the supply front reform provided by China and the policy environment and mission orientation of China coal industry supply front reform.The paper stated the active role of the standards to the supply front reform process of the coal industry and provided the countermeasure proposals on the enhanced construction of the standard system,the standards applied to guide the technical innovation,transformation upgrading,to eliminate the overcapacity and to promote the sustainable development of the coal industry.
