摘要
针对现阶段军备件供应保障中存在的备件短缺或浪费等问题,结合3D打印技术的优势,建立3D打印技术与备件保障的关联性,将其引入到备件供应保障流程中。根据排队理论,定义了经典和引入3D打印的备件供应保障系统的排队过程和维修过程,建立相应的备件保障排队问题的随机Petri网模型,并将简化随机Petri网模型等价于排队过程。采用故障到达率和广义修复率计算排队系统的运行指标,并将其作为评价依据,运用实例仿真对两种模型的系统性能进行分析评价,验证了3D打印技术的可行性。结果表明,3D打印技术的引用可以改善保障系统时间性能。最后进行灵敏度分析,通过参数的变化寻求系统性能的变化规律,表明引入3D打印技术后保障系统具有更强的战场适用性。
According to the current problems of spare parts supply support in army, such as shortage or waste of spares, the relevance is established combining with the advantage of 3 D printing, and 3 D printing technology is introduced to supply support. And queue and maintenance process of support system of classics and applying to 3D printing are defined according to queue theory, corresponding SPN models are also built, the simplified models are equal to queuing process at the same time. Then operating indexes of queue system are calculated by arrival and repair rate to analyze and evaluate system performance of two models, so as to prove the feasibility of 3D printing technology. Finally, sensitivity analysis is also carried out by changing parameters. The results indicate that, the 3D printing technology could improve the performance obviously.
