人血清四种糖蛋白的测定及临床应用

Measurement of Four Human Serum Glycoproteins and Their Clinical Applications

本文用速率比浊法和免疫单向扩散法测定了100例正常成人的血清转铁蛋白(Tf),结合珠蛋白(Hp)、α_1-酸性糖蛋白(α_1-AG)和α_1-抗胰蛋白酶(α_1-AT)的含量。还测定了61例病人血清Tf、Hp含量及43例胎儿血清Tf、α_1-AT及Hp含量,表明类风湿性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮、尿毒症病人血清中Tf含量明显低于正常人;而尿毒症病人血清中Hp含量显著高于正常人;胎儿血清Tf、Hp含量都明显低于正常成人。

Four human serum glycoproteins, transferrin (Tf), haptoglobin (Hp). α_1-acid glycoprotein (α_1-AG), and α_1-antitrypsin (α_1-AT), were measured with the method of nephelometry or immunodiffusion. Serum Tf, Hp, α_1-AT and α_1-AG concentrations of 100 normal adults were 168.38-316.98 mg/dl, 12.6-352.4 rag/d1, 171.2-397.8mg/dl and 27.8-110.3mg/ dl respectively. In addition, we measured serum Tf, Hp of 61 patients and serum Tf, α_1- AT, Hp of 43 normal fetuses. Compared with our adult normal ranges, serum Tf concentrations of rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, and urinaemia patients were lower (p<0.05); fetal serum Tf, Hp concentrations were also lower (p<0. 01); but serum Hp concentration of urinaemia patients was higher (p<0.01). These preliminary results showed that measurement of serum glycoproteins was useful for diagnosis and prognosis, and might be an indicator of fetal liver function.
