LRRC3B在非小细胞肺癌中表达下调及其与高TNM分期、淋巴结转移的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨LRRC3B在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中的表达情况及其与临床病理参数的关系。方法选取2008~2011年于本院就诊的101例NSCLC患者的组织标本及20例癌旁正常组织标本纳入本研究。采用免疫组织化学法检测入选标本中LRRC3B的表达情况,分析其与NSCLC患者各临床病理参数的关系。结果 LRRC3B阳性信号定位于细胞质。LRRC3B在正常支气管上皮细胞及肺泡细胞中均为阳性表达。在肺癌组织中,LRRC3B高表达62例(61.4%),低表达39例(38.6%),且LRRC3B的表达特点在不同TNM分期以及不同淋巴结转移情况的组织间存在显著差异(P〈0.05)。结论 LRRC3B在NSCLC中表达下调,并与肿瘤高TNM分期以及淋巴结转移显著相关。 Objective To investigate the expression of LRRC3 B in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and its correlation with clinicopathological parameters of NSCLC. Method The expression of LRRC3 B in 101 NSCLC samples and 20 normal samples which were collected from 2008 to 2001 in our hospital were detected through immunohistochemical technology, and the relationship between the expression of LRRC3 B and clinicopathological parameters were also performed. Result LRRC3 B was dominantly located in the cytoplasm. LRRC3 B was positive staining in bronchial epithelial cells and alveolar cells of normal lung tissues. Among the NSCLC samples, 61.4%(62/101) were high expression and 38.6%(39/101) were low expression. The expression of LRRC3 B was correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion LRRC3 B is downregulated in NSCLC and correlated with advanced TNM stage and lymph node metastasis.
