利用盆腔应用解剖学知识点进行妇产科学教学促进学生学业情绪的提高研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察利用盆腔应用解剖学知识点进行妇产科学教学对学生学业情绪的影响作用。方法抽取我院专科学历临床医学专业在读1~2班学生120例作为被试对象。将临专1班设为研究班,2班设为对照班。两班学生均首先采用大学生一般学业情绪问卷进行入组测评,对照班采用传统教学法,即板书加多媒体课件按照教学大纲的要求进行理论讲解,研究班教学主要分为2部分进行,即理论教学和利用高仿真模拟人教具进行直观教学。课程结束期末考试前,再次用大学生一般学业情绪问卷重复测评,观察两个班学生采用不同教学方法后学业情绪各维度得分情况。结果研究班自身前后比较,学生学业情绪各维度得分对比,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.001;实施不同的教学方法研究后,研究班与对照班业学生的学业情绪各维度得分对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论利用盆腔应用解剖学知识进行妇产科学教学,对提高学生的学业情绪具有良好的激发和促进作用。 Objective To observe the use of pelvic anatomical knowledge of obstetrics and gynecology teaching on students' academic emotions influence.Methods In our hospital, college degree in clinical medicine, 1-2 class 120 students as the subjects of the subjects. 1 class will be designed as the research class, 2 class as the control class. Two classes of students were first used college students in general academic emotion questionnaire into the evaluation group, and control group with traditional teaching method, writing on the blackboard and multimedia courseware according to the requirements of the syllabus theory to explain, the class teaching is divided into two parts, that is, teaching theory and use high simulation simulation for visual teaching aids. Before the end of the course of the final examination, once again using the college students' General Academic Emotion questionnaire repeated test, observe the two classes of students using different teaching methods after academic emotions of each dimension scores.Results Classes of before and after comparison, academic emotions, the score of each dimension compared, was difference had statistically significance (P〈0.001), after the implementation of the different teaching methods, research class and control class students academic emotion score of each dimension compared, was difference statistically signiifcance(P〈0.001). Conclusion The use of pelvic anatomy knowledgeFor the teaching of gynecology and obstetrics, has a good stimulating role to improve the students' academic emotions.
