乳腺囊内乳头状癌的临床病理分析研究

Analytical Investigation the Clinicopathologic of Breast Intracystic Papillary Carcinoma

目的：分析乳腺囊内乳头状癌（IPC）的临床病理情况。方法择取2013年5月～ 2015年6月收治的15例乳头状癌患者作为观察对象，对所有患者的临床资料均进行回顾性的分析，并参考以往的临床文献。结果所有患者中临床最常见的征兆为乳腺肿块，以乳头状结构占据比例较高。结论对IPC患者来说，主要发病对象为老年妇女，属于临床上一类膨胀性浸润性癌病变。

Objective To analyze breast cystic papillary carcinoma （IPC） in clinical pathology.Methods Selectd 15 patients with papillary carcinoma from May 2013 to June 2015 as the object, the clinical data of all patients were retrospective analysis, and the clinical literature were reference. ResultsThe most common clinical signs for breast tumors in patients, with papillary structure occupy higher percentage.Conclusion For patients with IPC, the main object for older women, into the category of clinical expansion invasive cancer.
