摘要
目的:探究背心式引流管固定装置在头颈部术后患者的应用效果。方法选择2014年4月~ 2015年9月医院收治的100例头颈部术后患者,随机分为实验组与对照组。实验组采用背心式引流管固定装置固定引流管,对照组采用传统方法固定引流管,比较两组患者引流器接口脱出例数、引流液量、拔管时间、并发症发生率及对固定装置的满意度。结果实验组引流器接口脱出率、引流液量、拔管时间均少于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对头颈部术后患者采用背心式引流管固定装置,能够降低引流器接口脱出率及并发症发生率,减少引流液量,缩短拔管时间,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of vest type drainage tube ifxation device in patients with head and neck surgery.Methods From April 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital, 100 cases with head and neck surgery wererandomly divided into two experimental and control groups. The drainage tube of the experimental group was ifxed by the vest type drainage tube, and the control group used the traditional method to ifx the drainage tube. Drainage device interface prolapse cases, drainage, extubation time, the rate of complication and satisfaction of the fixing device werecompared between two groups.Results The drainage device interface prolapse cases, drainage, extubation time of the experimental group werebetter than the control group of patients (P〈0.05), the rate of complication of the experimental group werelower than the control group of patients (P〈0.05), and the overall satisfaction of the ifxing device in the experimental group werehigher than the control group of patients (P〈0.05). Conclusion The vest type drainage tube ifxation device used by the patients with head and neck surgery could significantly reduce device interface dislocation rate and incidence of complications, reduce the amount of drainage, shorten extubation time, improve patient satisfaction.
