小细胞肺癌的生物治疗研究

Research on Biotherapy in Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的：探讨在小细胞肺癌患者临床治疗过程中，生物治疗方法的应用效果，旨在提升小细胞肺癌患者临床治疗有效率。方法选取2011年2月~2015年12月我校附属医院收治的小细胞肺癌患者60例，随机分成观察组和对照组，给予对照组常规化疗，观察组除常规化疗外，还予以生物治疗，将两组的临床治疗有效率进行比较。结果观察组临床治疗有效率高于对照组，观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组，且观察组的Karnofsky体能评分改善情况优于对照组。结论生物治疗在小细胞肺癌患者的临床治疗过程中应用效果良好，可提高治疗有效率、降低不良反应发生率，改善患者的功能状态。

Objective To study theapplication effect of biotherapy treatment during the clinical treatment in patients with small cell lung cancer, aim to improve the clinical effective rate of small cell lung cancer.Methods 60 small cell lung cancerpatients who were treated in our school afifliated hospital, from February 2011 to December 2015 were collected and randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, the control group was received conventional chemotherapy, the observation group was received biological treatment additionally, the clinical effectiverate of two groups of patients was compared.Results The clinical effective rate in the observation group higher than the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group, and the improvement of the observation group iftness karnofsky score wasbetter than the control group.ConclusionThe application effect of biological treatment in the clinical treatment of small cell lung cancer patients is remarkable, the biological treatment can greatly improve the efifciency of clinical treatment, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients, improve the patients＆#39; functional status.
