摘要
目的：探讨关节镜下灌洗清理术治疗老年膝关节骨关节病的疗效。方法选取2013年10月～ 2015年10月在我院进行非手术治疗且临床效果差的老年膝关节骨关节病患者83例，利用Schvn-holtz评估法将患者分为Ⅰ度（26例）、Ⅱ度（54例）、Ⅲ度（13例），对所有患者均使用关节镜下灌洗清理术进行治疗。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ度患者组治疗的优良率分别为84.62%、75.93%、38.46%，Ⅰ度患者的疗效优于Ⅱ度，Ⅰ、Ⅱ度患者疗效优于Ⅲ度，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论关节镜下灌洗清理术在老年Ⅰ、Ⅱ度膝关节骨关节病方面效果良好，但在治疗老年Ⅲ度膝关节骨关节病方面却难以取得理想的效果。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of arthroscopic debridement in the treatment of elderly patients with knee joint osteoarthritis.Methods 83 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis who were non operative treatment and poor clinical effect, from October 2013 and October 2015 in our hospital, whihch were divided them into gradeⅠ（26 cases）, gradeⅡ （54 cases） and gradeⅢ （13 cases） by using Schvn-holtz assessment, All patients were treated with arthroscopic debridement irrigation.Results The excellent and good rate in groupⅠ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ were 84.62%, 75.93%, 38.46%. The curative effect in groupⅠ is better than group Ⅱ, and these two groups were better than groupⅢ, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Arthroscopic lavage cleaning operation in the treatment of elderlyⅠ, Ⅱ degree of knee joint osteoarthritis can get good therapeutic effect, but it is dififcult to achieve the ideal effect in the treatment ofⅢ degrees.
