Bakri止血球囊在产后出血治疗中的应用价值分析

Analysis the Application Value of Bakri Hemostatic Balloon in Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的探讨Bakri止血球囊在产后出血治疗中的应用价值。方法64例产后出血患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组采用宫腔填塞止血治疗,观察组给予Bakri球囊压迫止血治疗。结果对照组成功止血率为81.3%、产后出血量为(643.2±121.3)ml、术后血红蛋白下降为(22.34±5.21)g/L;观察组3项指标分别为100%、(521.2±101.3)ml、(12.34±2.11)g/L,两组3项指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Bakri止血球囊治疗产后出血效果显著。

Objective To explore Bakri hemostatic balloon in a application value in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods Selected 64 cases of postpartum hemorrhage patients, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group had 32 cases, the control group with uterine tamponade hemostasis, treatment group given Bakri balloon compression hemostasis to treatment.Results Control group successful hemostasis rate was 81.3%, postpartum haemorrhage amount was （643.2±121.3） ml, decreased postoperative hemoglobin （22.34±5.21） for g/L, Group three indicators were 100%, （521.2±101.3） ml, （12.34±2.11） g/L, three indicators to compare the two groups, was difference had statistically signiifcance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Bakri hemostatic balloon has the signiifcant effect of postpartum hemorrhage.
