锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗肩锁关节Ⅲ度脱位的效果分析

Analysis the Effect of Clavicular Hook Plate Internal Fixation in Treatment of Degree Ⅲ Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation

目的：分析应用锁骨钩钢板内固定术治疗肩锁关节Ⅲ度脱位的效果。方法选取2014年1月～2015年1月本院收治的86例肩锁关节Ⅲ度脱位患者，将其分为实验组（43例，锁骨钩钢板内固定术）与对照组（43例，克氏针张力带固定术），比较两组患者Karlsson评分。结果实验组Karlsson评分优良率为95.53%，高于对照组的79.07%，差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论肩锁关节Ⅲ度脱位患者应用锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗恢复效果好。

Objective To analyze the effects of clavicular hook plate fixation for treatment of degreeⅢ acromioclavicular joint dislocation. MethodsFrom January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital, 86 cases ofⅢacromioclavicular joint dislocation patients were divided into experimental group （43 patients, clavicular hook plate ifxation） and control group （43 patients, tension band ifxation）, were compared Karlsson score. Results The karlsson score excellent rate 95.53%, 79.07% higher than the difference statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion DegreeⅢacromioclavicular joint dislocation were clavicular hook plate ifxation for recovery is good, recommended.
