微创肌间隙入路结合伤椎短节段固定技术治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折的临床疗效

Clinical Curative Effect of Minimally Invasive Muscle Gap Approach Combined With Vertebral Short Segment Fixation in Treatment of Thoracolumbar Burst Fractures

目的：研究探讨微创肌间隙入路结合伤锥短节段固定技术治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2014年12月～2015年12月收治的胸腰椎爆裂骨折患者55例作为研究对象，所有患者均采用微创肌间隙入路结合伤锥短节段固定技术治疗，分析治疗结果。结果术中出血量为（83.2±2.3）ml，未出现并发症，术后患者的伤椎前缘高度、后凸Cobb角、VAS评分均有所改善（P＜0.05）。结论微创经肌间隙入路结合伤椎短节段固定技术应用于胸腰椎爆裂骨折效果确切。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of minimally invasive muscle gap approach in treatment of thoracolumbar burst fractures with injury cone short segment ifxation technique and the. Methods From December 2014 to December 2015 were thoracolumbar burst fracture of 55 cases of patients as the object of study in our hospital, all patients were used minimally invasive muscle gap approach combined with cone injury short segment ifxation for the treatment, analyzing the result of the treatment.Results The amount of intraoperative bleeding was （83.2 ± 2.3） ml, no complications, postoperative anterior vertebral height,kyphosis Cobb angle and VAS score were signiifcantly improved （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Minimally invasive paraspinal approach combined with fixation vertebral segmental in thoracolumbar burst fracture curative effect.
