摘要
目的探讨耳内镜下鼓膜修补术治疗鼓膜穿孔的临床疗效。方法选择我院2014年1月～2015年6月收治的126例鼓膜穿孔患者，行耳内镜下鼓膜修补术。术后随诊6月，观察鼓膜愈合情况，复查纯音测听。结果126例患者均一次顺利完成手术，术后随访1～6个月，122例患者鼓膜愈合，成功率96.8%。126例患者术前气道听阈（54.1±13.9） dBHL，气骨导差（29.6±8.7）dBHL，术后气道听阈（37.9±13.5） dBHL，气骨导差（19.9±11.3）dBHL，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论耳内镜下鼓膜修补术治疗鼓膜穿孔操作简便、分辨率高、图像清晰、治愈率高。
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of myringoplasty by otoscope for tympanic membrane perforation.Methods 126 patients with tympanic membrane perforation from January 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital, which were treated with myringoplasty by otoscope. All the patients were followed up for 6 months after surgery to observe the intertion status of tympanic membrane and recheck the pure tone test.Results126 patients underwent the operation successfully. After 1 to 6 months follow-up, 122 patients’ tympanic membrane healed, the success rate was 96.8%. The airway hearing threshold of 126 patients before surgery was（54.1±13.9） dBHL, the air-bone gap was（29.6±8.7）dBHL. After surgery, the airway hearing threshold was （37.9±13.5）dBHL, the air-bone gap was （19.9±11.3） dBHL, was differences had statistical signiifcance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of myringoplasty by otoscope is simple, high resolution, image clarity and high cure rate method for tympanic membrane perforation.
