闭合性十二指肠损伤患者进行早期手术治疗的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Early Surgical in Treatment of Closed Duodenal Injury Patients

目的探讨闭合性十二指肠损伤患者进行早期手术治疗的临床效果。方法 68例闭合性十二指肠损伤患者随机分为对照组和观察组,分别给予择期手术治疗和早期手术治疗,每组34例,对两组患者治疗效果进行比较。结果对照组治疗有效率为70.6%;观察组治疗有效率为91.2%,观察组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组手术计划实施总时间和消化道功能恢复正常时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论闭合性十二指肠损伤患者采用早期手术治疗效果更为显著,消化道功能恢复更快。

Objective On patients with closed duodenum damage to the clinical effect of early surgical treatment.Methods 68 cases of closed duodenal injury patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, were given undergoing elective surgery and early surgical treatment, 34 cases in each group, to compare the effect of two groups of patients.Results The control group treatment effective rate was 70.6%, Observation group treatment effective rate of 91.2%, the obserevation group treatment effective rate was higher than control group （P〈0.05）. Observation group plans to implement the total time and gastrointestinal functional recovery time was significantly lower than normal control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Closed duodenum damage were treated by early surgical treatment effect is more pronounced, gastrointestinal functional recovery faster.
