不同术式治疗急性胃穿孔的临床疗效分析

Analysis the Clinical Curative Effect of Differnt Surgical in Treatment of Acute Gastric Perforation

目的：探究急性胃穿孔治疗中采用不同术式的临床治疗效果。方法选择我院在2014年3月～2016年3月收治的急性胃穿孔患者76例作为研究对象，根据不同术式将其分为对照组和实验组，对照组给予胃大部分切除术，实验组给予单纯修补术，将两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果与对照组患者相比，实验组患者的治疗总有效率较高，而并发症发生率较低，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论在急性胃穿孔治疗中采用单纯修补术比胃大部分切除术效果更佳。

Objective To explore the treatment of acute gastric perforation in the clinical treatment effect of different operative methods.Methods From March 2014 to March 2016, 76 cases of patients with acute gastric perforation as the research object in our hospital, according to different operative methods, which were divided into control group and experimental group two groups, control group to give most of gastric resection, the experimental group gives the simple repair, the clinical therapeutic effects of two groups of patients were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group patients, the treatment of patients with experimental group total effective rate higher, and lower incidence of complications, was difference had statistically signiifcance,P〈0.05.Conclusion Used in the treatment of acute gastric perforation repair better than most of gastric resection effect.
