摘要 目的探讨背侧入路空心加压螺钉内固定治疗腕舟骨骨折的临床效果。方法选取我院接收的腕舟骨骨折患者23例,均行背侧入路空心加压螺钉内固定治疗,观察其效果。结果 23例患者愈合率为100.00%;平均愈合时间(3.05±1.12)个月;患侧手握力均恢复至健侧80%以上,活动能力至90%以上,均无痛感,恢复正常工作;并发症发生率为0%。结论对腕舟骨骨折患者采用背侧入路空心加压螺钉内固定治疗,可有效提高愈合效率和腕关节活动功能,降低并发症发生率。 Abstract]Objective Investigate dorsal approach hollow compression screw internal ifxation for treatment of wrist scaphoid fracture.Methods Selecteed our hospital to receive fresh 23 patients with wrist scaphoid fracture, dorsal approach in hollow compression screw internal ifxation treatment, observe its effect.Results 23 patients healing rate was 100.00%, the average healing time (3.05±1.12) months, with side hand grip strength are restored to health side by more than 80%, ability to more than 90%, no pain, back to normal work; complication rates of 0%. ConclusionThe wrist scaphoid fracture were treated by dorsal approach hollow compression screw internal fixation treatment, can effectively improve the efifciency of healing and function of wrist joint activities, reduce the incidence of complications.
