摘要 目的研究硫辛酸对早期糖尿病足患者氧化应激与炎症反应的影响。方法将90例早期糖尿病足患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组使用常规降糖治疗,实验组在常规降糖治疗的基础上加硫辛酸的治疗方式,比较两组患者的氧化应激和炎症反应。结果实验组的氧化应激及炎症反应都要轻于对照组。结论硫辛酸能够减轻糖尿病足患者的氧化应激状态和炎症反应。 Objective To understand the effect of lipoic acid on oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction in patients with early diabetic foot. Methods90 patients with early diabetic foot were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, patients in control group were treated with conventional therapy, patients in the experimental group were treated with conventional hypoglycemic therapy plus the treatment of lipoic acid,the oxidative stress and inlfammatory reaction in the two groups were compared.Results The oxidative stress and inlfammatory reaction in the experimental group were lighter than the control group. Conclusion The oxidative stress and inlfammatory reaction in diabetic foot patients can be reduced by lipoic acid.
