西药临床合理用药的安全性及对策

Safety and Countermeasures of Medicine Clinical Rational Drug Use

目的：探讨西药临床合理用药的安全性及对策。方法研究我院2013年4月～2015年12月随机抽取的1600例患者的处方，分为西药临床用药管理前后的各800张西药处方，分析前后用药情况差异。结果管理后在不当用药发生率上少于管理前，P＜0.05，管理后的合理用药率为81%，高于管理前的37%。结论西药临床用药需要针对用药情况不规范问题做对应的管理升级，才能有效的提升用药安全性和规范性。

Objective To evaluate the safety and clinical medicine Countermeasures rational drug use.Methods In our hospital, from April 2013 to December 2015 during a random sample of 1 600 cases, which were divided into various 800 western medicine clinical prescription medication administration before and after the analysis of the situation before and after treatment differences.ResultsAfter the administration on the incidence of inappropriate medication was less than the former management, rational drug administration was 81%, higher than 37% before the administration,P〈0.05.Conclusion The clinical drug medicine medication without the need for regulatory issues make the corresponding management upgrade in order to effectively enhance drug safety and normative.
