摘要
目的观察美托洛尔治疗心力衰竭临床疗效分析。方法 83例心力衰竭(CHF)患者随机分成两组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组加服美托洛尔,观察临床疗效和不良反应。结果观察组心功能临床疗效90.5%,优于对照组心功能临床疗效70.7%,两组心功能临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无明显的不良反应。结论美托洛尔能从整体调节患者的心功能,降低患者的死亡率。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of metoprolol in the treatment of heart failure.Methods 83 cases of patients with congestive heart failure （CHF） were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given conventional treatment, observation group was added metoprolol , The clinical efifcacy and adverse reaction was observed.Results The clinical efifcacy of the observation group 90.5%, was significantly better than the control group of cardiac function 70.7%, was difference had statistically signiifcance（P〈0.05）. No obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion Metoprolol can regulate the cardiac function of the patients from the whole, reducing mortality.
