探析静脉配置中心抗肿瘤药物的常见危害及防护措施

To Explore the Safeguard Procedures and Common Harm of Antineoplastic Drugs in Vein Configuration Center

目的：探析静脉配置中心抗肿瘤药物的常见危害，探讨防护措施。方法选取2013年8月～2015年8月我院静脉配置中心78份抗肿瘤药物使用情况存在问题的有关资料进行回顾性分析，确定其常见危害，制定系统完全的防护对策。结果78份抗肿瘤药物资料分析结果显示，2份（2.6%）给药剂量不合理，5份（6.4%）药物使用方法不当，11份（14.1%）给药速度不合理，20份（25.6%）溶剂用法不合理，38份（48.7%）药剂使用不当，其他原因2份（2.6%）。结论临床医护人员、药师及医院静脉配置中心工作人员三者之间必须进行良好沟通，以降低抗肿瘤药物危害，保证患者用药安全。

Objective To analyze the common vein configuration center antineoplastic drugs harm, protective measures are discussed.Methods Selected August 2013 to August 2015 in our hospital 78 parts distribution center intravenous anticancer drugs usage information problems were retrospectively analyzed to determine its common hazards, to develop a complete system of protection measures.Results 78 antitumor drugs harm data analysis results show that the 2 （2.6%） for the dose is not reasonable, 5 （6.4%）, improper drug usage, 11 （14.1%） of the dosing speed is unreasonable, 20 （25.6%） of the solvent usage is unreasonable, 38 chemicals （48.7%）, improper use, 2 other reasons （2.6%）.Conclusion Clinical nurses, pharmacists, and hospital intravenous conifguration center must be good communication between and among staff and to reduce the antitumor drugs harm, ensure the safety of patients with medication.
