原发性肾病综合征脾肾两虚证应用中医治疗效果评价

Evaluation Effectiveness of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome and Spleen Kidney Both Deficiency Syndrome Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的探讨原发性肾病综合征脾肾两虚证应用中医治疗的疗效。方法选取我院接收的原发性肾病综合征脾肾两虚证患者56例,分成两组,对照组给予西医治疗,治疗组给予中医治疗,对比两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率与对照组相仿(P>0.05);反跳率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对原发性肾病综合征脾肾两虚证患者采用中医中药治疗,疗效确切,远期疗效稳定性较好。

Objective Discusses the curative effect of application of primary nephrotic syndrome spleen kidney both deficiency syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine.MethodsSelected our receiving primary nephrotic syndrome of 56 patients with spleen kidney both deficiency syndrome,divided into 2 groups, the control group given western medicine treatment, for treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group,＆amp;nbsp;comparative efifcacy of two groups.ResultsSimilar treatment group total effective rate and the control group （P〉0.05）, bounce rate is signiifcantly lower than control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Primary nephrotic syndrome and spleen kidney both deficiency syndrome were treated by traditional Chinese medicine treatment, curative effect, the long-term curative effect of stability is better.
