中西医结合治疗扩张型心肌病的疗效评价

Evaluation Therapeutic of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of Dilated Cardiomyopathy

目的：对中西医结合治疗扩张型心肌病的临床疗效进行评价。方法选取我院2013年6月～2015年4月收治的94例扩张型心肌病患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组接受中西医结合治疗，对照组仅接受西医治疗，对比各自的临床疗效。结果观察组LVEF、LVEDD等心功能指标优于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗总有效率为93.62%，高于对照组的76.60%，不良发应发生率为12.77%，低于对照组的48.94%，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗扩张型心肌病的临床疗效显著，可有效提高患者治疗有效率、改善患者心功能指标。

Objective The clinical efficacy of combination therapy of dilated cardiomyopathy were evaluated.Methods Selected in our hospital from June 2013 to April 2015, 94 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy patients, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group receiving combination therapy, the control group patients received only western medicine, Compare their clinical efficacy.Results LVEF patients in the observation group, LVEDD and other cardiac function was better than the control group patients （P〈0.05）, total effective rate was 93.62%, The occurrence of adverse reactions was 12.77%, down from 48.94% in the control group of patients, 76.60%higher than that of the patient, was difference had statistically signiifcance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of combination therapy of dilated cardiomyopathy signiifcantly, which can effectively improve patient treatment efifciency, improve cardiac function in patients deserve further promote the use.
