脑出血患者手术后ICU护理干预的临床价值探析

To Explore the Clinical Value of Nursing Intervention in Cerebral Hemorrhage Patients After Surgery in ICU

目的探析ICU护理干预对脑出血患者术后的应用价值。方法以乱数表法将所选68例患者均分两组。实验组给予ICU护理模式,对照组采取常规护理,比较两组护理效果。结果满意度对比,实验组94.12%高于对照组79.41%;实验组并发症率8.82%,少于对照组17.65%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ICU护理模式对脑出血手术患者具有良好的护理效果,能提高满意度,减少并发症。

Objective Analysis the ICU application value of nursing intervention on patients with cerebral hemorrhage after operation.Methods with random table method, 68 patients were chosen and divided into two groups. The experimental group was given ICU nursing mode, the control group received routine nursing care, compared the two groups of nursing effect.ResultsThe degree of satisfaction of the experimental group was 94.12% higher than the control group 79.41%, the probability of complications was compared, the experimental group 8.82% was less than the control group 17.65%, was difference had statistically signiifcance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion ICU nursing model has good nursing effect on patients with cerebral hemorrhage, can improve the satisfaction, reduce the complications.
