Perioperative Nursing Care of Patients With Senile Thoracolumbar Burst Fracture Treated by Posterior Pedicle Screw Fixation Combined With Vertebroplasty

目的：探讨椎弓根螺钉内固定结合椎体成形术治疗老年胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的围手术期护理方法及特点。方法回顾分析20例采用椎弓根螺钉内固定结合椎体成形术治疗老年胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者。护理措施主要包括做好心理护理、生命体征监测、肢体功能的观察、个性化的功能锻炼指导、出院指导等。结果随访6个月～2年，疗效满意，无并发症发生，无内固定松动断裂，患者康复后各方面功能基本恢复到伤前水平。结论对采用椎弓根螺钉内固定结合椎体成形术治疗老年胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的患者，采取个性化的护理措施能提高手术疗效及满意度，促进患者早日康复。

Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing methods and characteristics of pedicle screw internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty in the treatment of senile thoracolumbar burst fracture in patients.Methods Retrospective analysis 20 cases of elderly patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture treated with pedicle screw fixation combined with vertebral angioplasty. Nursing measures mainly include, good psychological care, vital signs monitoring, observation of limb function, individualized functional exercise guidance, discharge guidance conclusions.Results The patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years. The curative effect was satisfactory, no complications occurred, no internal ifxation loosening and fracture, the patients recovered to the level before injury.Conclusion Pedicle screw fixation combined with percutaneous vertebral angioplasty in the treatment of senile thoracolumbar burst fracture patients to take individualized nursing measures can improve the efifcacy and satisfaction, and promote the recovery of patients at an early date.
