优质护理在普外科护理中的应用分析

Application Analysis of High Quality Nursing in General Surgery Nursing

目的分析优质护理在普外科护理中的应用效果。方法收集我院普外科收治的120例患者的临床资料,随机分成两组,对照组提供基础护理,观察组给予基础护理+优质护理,观察两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组对健康知识的知晓率达98.3%,不良事件发生率3.3%,优于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组对护理的满意度达96.7%,高于对照组的85.0%(χ2=4.90,P=0.03)。结论为普外科患者提供优质护理服务,能够有效减少不良事件的发生,提高患者对护理服务的满意度。

Objective Analysis the effect of high-quality nursing in general surgery.Methods 120 patients were selected, and randomly divided into two groups, control group was given basic care, study group was given basic care＋high-quality nursing, the effect of care was observed in two groups. Results study group awareness of health knowledge was 98.3%, the incidence of adverse events was 3.3%, signiifcantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）, the nursing satisfaction in study group reached 96.7%, higher than control group 85.0% （χ2=4.90,P=0.03）.Conclusion To provide high quality nursing to patients in general surgery, can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events, and improve patient’s satisfaction.
