临床护理路径在掌骨骨折患者护理中的应用效果分析

Application Analysis Effect of Clinical Nursing Path in Metacarpal Bone Fracture Patients

目的：分析对掌骨骨折患者应用临床护理路径的成效。方法选择我院2010年1月～2015年6月收治的40例掌骨骨折患者作为研究对象，通过随机数法将其分为实验组与对照组，各20例。两组采用相同的治疗方法，在此基础上对照组应用一般护理模式；实验组应用临床护理路径进行干预。对实验组与对照组患者的住院时间、费用及护理满意度进行对比。结果实验组住院时间与费用低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组的满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对掌骨骨折患者应用临床护理路径能够缩短患者的治疗时间、节约治疗费用、提高满意度。

Objective To analyze application of clinical nursing path for metacarpal bone fracture patient results.MethodsFrom January 2010 to June 2015 in our hospital, 40 cases of bone fracture patients as the research object, through the method of randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group had 20 cases. Use the same treatment in both groups, on the basis of reference to application from a patient＆#39;s general nursing mode, Application of clinical nursing path for intervention group patients. For experimental group and control group patients＆#39; hospitalization time, cost and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results The patients＆#39; length of hospital stay and cost lower than the control group, was difference had statsitically significance （P〈0.05）, At the same time, the satisfaction degree of the experimental group was higher than control group, was difference had statistically signiifcance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of clinical nursing path for metacarpal bone fracture patient can signiifcantly shorten the patient＆#39;s treatment time, save costs, improve satisfaction.
