临床路径在躁狂抑郁症患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Clinical Pathway in Patients With Manic Depression Care

目的分析临床路径在躁狂抑郁症患者护理中的应用效果。方法研究82例在我院入住的躁狂抑郁症患者,将患者随机分成观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行临床路径护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组护理总满意度95.21%,高于对照组80.49%(P<0.05);观察组焦虑自评量表评分和抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床路径在躁狂抑郁症患者护理中的应用效果明显。

Objective To analyze the effect of clinical pathway in nursing care of patients with manic depression.Methods 82 patients with manic depression as the object in our hosptial, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 41 cases. the control group were treated with routine nursing, the observation group were treated with clinical pathway nursing, and the nursing effect of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe observation group, the total nursing satisfaction was 95.21%, higher than the control group 80.49% （P〈0.05）, the self rating Anxiety Scale and self rating Depression Scale score of the observation group were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion After the implementation of the clinical pathway nursing manic depressive patients clinical effect is obviously better than the routine nursing care.
