协同护理在脑卒中患者中的应用体会

The Application Experience of Collaborative Nursing in Stroke Patients

目的分析协同护理在脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法将70例脑卒中患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组35例,对照组采取常规护理,干预组在对照组的基础上采取协同护理,比较两组患者的神经功能损伤情况和日常生活自理能力。结果干预后,干预组的ESS评分为(59.21±6.31)分,Barthel指数为(67.76±8.53)分,对照组的ESS评分为(47.86±6.50)分,Barthel指数为(50.88±9.51)分,干预组的ESS评分、Barthel指数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论协同护理通过调动患者及陪护家属的参与,共同完成护理目标,提高了护理效果。

Objective Analyze the influence of collaborative nursing in stroke patients.Methods 70 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, each group had 35 cases. The control group received routine nursing, while the intervention group received collaborative nursing on the basis of routine care. Nerve function and activity of daily living of these two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the ESS score of the intervention group was （59.21±6.31）scores, the Barthel index was （67.76±8.53）scores, and the ESS score of the control group was （47.86±6.50）scores, and the Barthel index＆nbsp;was （50.88±9.51）scores. The level of nerve function and daily living ability of the intervention group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Collaborative nursing signiifcantly improved nurse results through the mobilization of patients and their families to accomplish the goals of nurse.
