预见性护理指引在骨科护理中的应用

Application of Predictive Nursing in Department of Orthopedics

目的探究分析预见性护理指引在骨科护理中的临床应用。方法选取我院2014年5月-2015年5月共收治的120例骨科病例为研究对象。随机分成两组，分析并探讨两组患者在护理过程中的并发症发生率与护理满意度。结果实验组组并发症低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在对骨科病例进行护理过程中增加预见性护理，可提高护理满意度，降低了并发症发生率．减轻患者的痛苦。

Objective To explore the clinical application of predictive nursing guidelines in nursing in Department of orthopedics. Methods Selected in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015, 120 cases of orthopedic patients as the object of study, which were randomly divided into two groups, analyzes and discusses the two groups of patients in the nursing process complication occurrence rate and nursing satisfaction. Results The experimental group group complications was lower than the control group, nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Department of orthopedics patients in the nursing process to increase the predictability of care, can improve the nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of complications, greatly reduce the pain of patients.
