China's Approach of Complex Environmental Governance

在中央持续地、切实地推进生态文明建设的条件下,中国环境治理正在出现新趋势、新特点,已经迈入了复合型环境治理的新阶段,即面向整体环境的、依托整体环境的、为了整体环境的综合治理和社会变革阶段。在环境认知更加清晰、环境政策设计更加完善的基础上,中国环境治理道路日趋彰显其中国特色:中国环境治理之路是应对复合型环境挑战之路;是发展中大国的突围之路;是在社会主义公有制基础上的前进之路;是为了人民群众的根本利益而特别强调充分发挥"关键少数"作用之路;是一条自我调整、自我消化、自我创新之路。

Under the condition of carrying forward the construction of eco- civilization sustainably and practically by the C.P.C Central Committee, China＇s environmental governance is reflecting new trends and features,which has entered a new stage of complex environmental governance------a stage of comprehensive governance and social reform facing and for the entire environment as a whole. On the basis of clearer awareness and improved policy designs, China＇s approach in environmental governance shows more features of Chinese characteristics： It＇s an approach to cope with the complex environmental challenges; it＇s an approach for developing major country to make breakthroughs; it＇s a path of progress on the basis of socialist public ownership, and a path to highlight the role of ＂key minorities＂ for the fundamental interests of the great masses; and it＇s a path of self-adjustment, self-digest,and self-innovation.
