摘要
美国国家职业分类标准及其职业分析对引导全美应用技术教育、职业培训、技能鉴定起着十分重要的作用,它为应用职业人才培养提供参考与依据。承担培养任务的社区学院、综合大学和理工学院在培养目标、专业课程设置、师资构成和经费来源上互有差异,他们经纬交错,构建了美国应用技术型人才的培养体系,形成了有必然性又有创造性的职业教育特质。
American National Vocational Standard Classification and its analysis for occupation play a very important role in guiding the nation's applied technology education,vocational training and skills evaluation,which also provide references for cultivating the professional talents. American professional talents are trained by community colleges,universities and polytechnics,and their training objectives,curriculum,faculty composition and sources of funding differ mutually from each other,which constitute a cultivation system of applied talents with inevitable and innovative characteristics.
