摘要 焊接电源控制过程中传统PID控制参数是固定不变的,而焊接又是一个复杂的、多变的、非线性过程。传统PID控制难以实现控制过程中对参数进行自适应调整,从而达不到理想的控制效果。针对传统PID控制缺陷,将模糊理论引入到PID控制中,提出了一种模糊自适应PID焊接电源智能控制方法。进行了控制系统总体设计,构建了模糊自适应控制器。在模糊控制器实现中,进行了控制量的模糊化处理、隶属函数的确定、模糊规则设计。最后,对设计的控制系统进行仿真验证,仿真结果说明所设计的控制方法响应速度快、自适应性和鲁棒性强。 Welding process has the characteristics of complex,changeable and nonlinear. As the traditional PID control parameters are fixed,it is difficult to realize the adaptive adjustment of parameters. As a result,the ideal control effect can not be obtained. In order to make up the defects of traditional PID control,a pulsed welding power source control method was proposed based on fuzzy adaptive PID. The overall design of control system and a fuzzy adaptive controller were constructed. Meanwhile,the control parameters were fuzzily processed,membership functions were determined and fuzzy rules were extracted. Finally,the simulation was carried on and its results demonstrate that the proposed control method has a good response speed as well as strong adaptability and robustness.
