摘要 The diffusion bonding welding of reduced activation ferritic / martensitic CLF-I steel was performed byoptimizing welding parameters and intermediate layer elements with vacuum diffusion bonding process. Microstructureof diffusion bonding interface was observed by optical microscope. Chemical composition of different area on the wholeinterface was analyzed by EDX. Mechanical properties were tested by universal testing machine and drop hammerimpact test machine. The results showed that the reliable bonding of CLF-1 steel could realize by the vacuumdiffusion bonding method. The tensile strength of diffusion bonding interface was substantially the same with CLF-1steel, but the impact property needed to be improved. High speed double pulse gas metal arc welding performance of aluminum sheet Xue Jiaxiang, Huang Wenjin, Xu Min ( School of Mechanical & Automotive Engineering, South China University of Technology, Guangzhou 510641 , China). pl -4 Abstract Double pulse gas metal arc welding ( DP - GMAW ) is a way to put high frequency pulse of traditional gas metal arc welding (GMAW) into low frequency modulation. It is an efficient method which can realize high speed welding. In this study, the 1070 aluminum sheet is taken as the base metal for the bead-on-plate traveling welding, compared with and the welded joint was compared with that at welding speed of 0. 6 m/rain. The mechanical properties of welded joint at two different speeds were tested and compared from weld appearance,
