摘要 羊同期发情技术是提高羊繁殖效率和生产经济效益的关键技术,文章综述了关于羊孕酮阴道栓法同期发情技术中孕酮缓释载体的种类、阴道栓内孕酮的种类、阴道栓放置时间、辅助激素等技术要点的运用情况,总结了各技术要点,尤其是阴道栓放置时间和辅助激素的使用对同期发情效果的影响,为以后羊同期发情试验方案的设计与开展提供数据与理论支持。 Estrus synchronization technology in sheep is the key technology of improving reproductive efficiency and economic benefit of sheep. This paper reviews the application of the sustained release carriers of progesterone, types of progesterone vaginal suppositories, standing time of vaginal suppositories, and adjuvant hormones and other technical points in the estrus synchronization technology with the method of progesterone vaginal suppositories in sheep. The paper also summarizes various technical points, especially the effects of standing time of vaginal suppositories and adjuvant hormones on the estrus synchronization, with a view to providing data and theoretical support for the future design and development of experimental scheme in sheep.
