Sigma-1颉颃剂与三环类抗抑郁药的协同镇痛作用

摘要 为了探讨sigma-1受体颉颃剂BD1047与三环类抗抑郁药物在治疗小鼠腹痛模型中的协同作用,试验采用醋酸诱导小鼠腹痛模型,观察了单药的镇痛效果及协同镇痛效果。结果表明:sigma-1受体颉颃剂BD1047在100 nmol浓度下,可以显著抑制醋酸诱导的腹痛反应;氟西汀、帕罗西汀、尼索西汀均呈现浓度依赖性镇痛效果,而分别取中间剂量与BD1047联合应用时,其镇痛效果均强于单独应用组。说明sigma-1受体颉颃剂与三环类抗抑郁药物具有协同镇痛作用。
