摘要
以Z市水源切换过程为例,详细介绍管网黄水应对技术在保障水源平稳过渡中的应用。Z市水源切换期间,当地供水企业按照两种水源1∶3、1∶1、3∶1(南水∶当地水)的比例依次完成切换,各配水比例切换周期约1周,并将各水厂出厂水余氯提高至0.8mg/L。与此同时,对水源切换后管网水质情况做有针对性的监测,增加水质监测点,提高水质监测频率,严密监视管网水质变化情况。通过对比以往水质数据,评价了水源切换的效果,证明了比例配水技术和高余氯管垢稳定技术的可行性和有效性,为其他南水北调受水城市的水源切换工作提供借鉴经验。
Taking the water source switch process in Z city as example,this paper introduced the application of the measures for "yellow water"in water supply network in the security of smooth water source switch process.During the water source switch process of Z city,the water supply enterprise mixed the water from south source and local source with the ratios of 1∶3,1∶1and 3∶1,respectively;the mixing process time was about one week and the residual chlorine concentration was improved to 0.8 mg/L.Meanwhile,the water quality after water source switch was monitored.More water source monitor points were set up and monitoring frequency was also improved for strict observation of water quality in water supply network.Through the comparison between current and past water quality data,the water source switch effect was evaluated,which proved the feasibility and effectiveness of the technologies of mixing water from different sources with specific ratio and removing scale by high residual chlorine concentration.This paper would offer reference for water switch in similar cities along the watershed of South-to-North Water Diversion Project.
