摘要
通过改性凹凸棒土(M-ATP)、聚氯化铝(PAC)、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)形成三元复配系统,以COD、NH_3-N、SS、色度为分析指标,探讨了M-ATP在三元复配条件下对印染废水的深度处理效果和吸附机理;理论最优运行参数为M-ATP∶PAC=1.5∶1,配比投加量为0.16g/L、PAM投加量为1.5mg/L、搅拌时间15min。在该工况下COD、NH_3-N、SS、色度的平均去除率分别为64.4%、77.8%、84.1%、62.3%,出水浓度可稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准。
Ternary complex formulation system was formed by mixing modified attapulgite(MATP),polyaluminium chloride(PAC)and polyacrylamide(PAM).With the four analysis indexes of chemical oxygen demand,ammonia nitrogen,suspended solid and chroma,this paper discusses the advanced treatment effect and adsorption mechanism of dyeing wastewater under the condition of ternary complex formulation system with M-ATP.The optimum parameters are M-ATP∶PAC=1.5∶1,additive amount of M-ATP and PAC=0.16g/L,additive amount of PAM=1.5mg/L,stirring time=15min.In this case,COD,NH_3-N,SS,chroma removal rate are 64.4%,77.8%,84.1%,62.3%and effluent concentration can reach Discharge standards of pollutants for municipal waste water treatment plant(GB 18918-2002)A-level standards.
