摘要
介绍了绍兴污水处理厂水解酸化池桁架式吸泥机的应用情况,针对水解酸化池桁架式吸泥机在行走过程中经常会发生走偏、桥架扭曲、中间行走轮轴承卡死,以及吸泥管无法排泥等故障,对出现问题的原因进行了分析,并提出了吸泥机纠偏系统、真空排泥、安装浮筒等措施。实践表明,经改造后的吸泥机运行稳定性得到了提升,保障了水处理的稳定运行。
This paper introduced the application of truss type suction dredge in Shaoxing Wastewater Treatment Plant.There were some problems in its operation including deviation from normal route,bridge distortion,walking wheel axle bearing stuck,and incapability of sludge discharge.This paper analyzed the reasons for these problems and proposed the measures including suction dredge correction system,vacuum mud,and installation of float bowl.The practice showed that the stability of suction dredge operation was improved after upgrading,which secure the stable operation of wastewater treatment system.
