山东地方山羊品种资源活体基因库的建设

Construction of Living Gene Pool of Local Goat Breeds in Shandong Province

山东开泰山羊资源研究中心吸纳国内优良地方肉羊品种,建立山东省首家地方山羊种质资源基因库,并开展各品种选育、筛选优秀商品组合、抗病性能测定、制定并推广标准化技术规程、技术培训及良种推广等工作,显著提高了地方山羊的品种数量和质量。进一步扩大辐射带动能力和供种能力,对我省乃至全国地方羊种的保护利用提供示范。

Based on the previous work of Shandong Kaitai Research Center of Goat Resources,the first local goat germplasm resources gene pool was established in Shandong province by accepting the excellent local goat breeds.With species protection as a principle,breeding as a means,and development and utilization as a purpose,a hybrid system working for different regions was formed through hybrid combinations.It is aimed to improve the quality and quantity of local goat by integrating standard ecological shed farming technology,and carrying out breeding demonstration and popularization,and finally further expand the capacity of radiation and breed supply,even provide a demonstration for the protection and utilization of the local goat in Shandong province and even the whole country.
