2012~2013年福州市艾滋病自愿咨询检测门诊男男性行为人群HIV和梅毒检测

HIV and syphilis detection among MSM attending HIV voluntary counseling and testing,Fuzhou city,2012-2013

目的了解艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）门诊男男性行为人群（MSM）的人口学特征和HIV、梅毒感染的情况,为制定MSM人群的艾滋病、梅毒控制措施提供依据。方法 2012~2013年到福建省疾控中心VCT门诊接受自愿咨询检测、与同性发生过口交或肛交性行为的男性相关信息及检测结果纳入分析。结果 305名求询者年龄为16~55岁,以20~29岁最多,占52.46%（160/305）;婚姻状况以未婚为主,占82.62%（252/305）;文化程度以大专及以上为主,占67.54%（206/305）;HIV抗体阳性率为19.66%（58/295）,梅毒抗体阳性率为6.25%（16/256）;其中首次检测者的HIV抗体阳性率为21.05%（20/95）,既往检测阴性者的HIV抗体阳性率为9.63%（18/187）（P〈0.01）。结论福州市MSM人群HIV感染率较高。

Objective To understand the current status of HIV and syphilis infection and the demographic characteristics among MSM attending VCT,so as to provide basis for working out measures for further controlling HIV and syphilis.Methods Analysis was made on the related information and test results of VCT among MSM who went to the Fujian Provincial Center for Disease Control VCT clinic for voluntary counseling and testing,and having sex with homosexual sex or anal sex behavior,2012-2013. Results Among 305 MSM for VCT,the age ranged from 16 to 55years,and most were20-29 years,accounting for 52.46%（160/305）;most were singles,accounting for 82.62%（252/305）;most had college degree or above,accounting for 67.54%（206/305）;the total HIV positive rate was 19.66%（58/295）;the syphilis positive rate was 6.25%（16/256）.And the HIV positive rate was 21.05%（20/95）among MSM who had never been tested before,and that was 9.63%（18/187）among those who were HIV-negative（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The infection rate of HIV is relatively high among MSM in Fuzhou city.
