2013~2014年大连市HIV感染者/AIDS病人就医现状调查

Survey on the current status of medical treatment among those with HIV/AIDS,Dalian city,2013-2014

目的了解大连市HIV感染者/AIDS病人的就医现状,研究医疗卫生领域存在的问题。方法 2013~2014年采用现场问卷调查形式,对大连市已确认的HIV感染者/AIDS病人在知情保密的情况下进行个人访谈问卷调查,调查结果采用SPSS 16.0统计软件进行分析。结果 151例调查对象中有46.67%表示在非定点医院就医时曾有过被拒治或推诿经历,38.41%（58/151）的调查对象曾遭受过艾滋病歧视,其中在医疗场所受到歧视的为28例,占48.28%。遭受歧视的调查对象不舒服时不愿主动就医的比例（51.72%）远高于未遭受过歧视组（12.90%）（P〈0.01）。结论 HIV感染者/AIDS病人在医疗卫生领域遭受歧视现象依然存在。

Objective To understand the current status of medical treatment among those with HIV/AIDS in Dalian city,and study the problem in the medical sector. Methods During 2013-2014,aquestionnaire survey was conducted among those with HIV/AIDS in Dalian city who were affirmed for personal interview under the circumstance of consent and secret.The data were analyzed using statistical software SPSS 16.0. Results 46.67% of 151 cases in the survey had been denied treatment or prevarication experience in the non-designated hospitals for medical treatment,38.41%（58/151）of participants once experienced HIV/AIDS related discrimination,and the discrimination in health care area was 28 cases accounting for 48.28%.51.72% of participants once experienced HIV/AIDS related discrimination when they were uncomfortable or reluctant to seek medical treatment,much higher than that in those who did not experience HIV/AIDS related discrimination（12.90%）（P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Those with HIV/AIDS still suffer from discrimination in the medical sector.
