主要针对半轴轴承的计算校核进行探讨分析,完善轴承的计算校核,确保轴承的强度、寿命以及保证轴承在许用轴向力和偏摆角内工作。同时解决以往校核不完善而导致半轴轴承异常磨损及异响问题,为后续车型开发提供参考。

Discussion and analysis were made for checking calculation of axle bearing,to perfect the checking calculation of the bearing,and to ensure the service life of the bearing,to make it work within the allowable axial force and deflection angle. Also the problem that abnormal wear and abnormal sound of axle bearing caused by imperfect checking was solved. It provides reference for subsequent model development.
