摘要
基于MTS831.10弹性体测试系统对某款车型上的发动机动力总成悬置进行静、动刚度特性的测试,阐述橡胶元件静、动刚度的测试原理,探索和总结影响结果的几个重要因素,为相关的汽车零部件及整车开发提供理论依据。
The static and dynamic stiffness of the engine powertrain mounting of a certain vehicle were tested based on the MTS831. 10 elastomer test system. The testing principles of the static and dynamic stiffness of rubber components were explored and several important factors influencing results were summarized. It provides theoretical basis for the development of relevant automobile components and vehicle.
