河北省作为一个文化资源大省,文化产业发展正处于由粗放经营向集约经营、底端发展向高端发展的关键时期。本文通过对河北省文化产业发展中存在的问题及其制约因素进行深入分析和研究,提出了河北省文化产业结构升级优化的对策,以期为加快推进我省文化产业发展提供借鉴。

With great cultural resources, Hebei province is experiencing a critical period in its culture industry development from extensive to intensive management and from low-end to high-end development. This paper analyzes and studies the problems in the development of cultural industry in Hebei Province, and puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the structure of cultural industry in order to accelerate the development of culture industry.
