摘要
在对现阶段公海生物多样性养护的国际法律机制进行梳理的基础上,分析现存国际法律机制的问题,并针对国际法律机制存在的问题提出相应的策略建议,以期能够推进公海生物多样性养护的国际法律机制研究进程。
On the basis of the statement of the international legal mechanism of the conservation of marine biodiversity in the high seas, this thesis points out its weakness. It puts forward constructive suggestions to perfect the international legal mechanism in order to promote the research on conservation and sustainable use of marine biodiversity in the high seas.
