意识指数与脑电双频指数监测对靶控丙泊酚全身麻醉诱导时镇静深度的影响

Impact of consciousness index and bispectral index in monitoring target control propofol anesthesia induced sedation depth

目的分析意识指数与脑电双频指数监测靶控丙泊酚全身麻醉诱导时镇静深度的临床效果。方法选择2014年4月-2015年4月我院收治的接受手术治疗的98例患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分成对照组和观察组,分别采取意识指数与脑电双频指数监测靶控丙泊酚全身麻醉诱导时镇静深度,分析比较两组丙泊酚用量。结果随着OAA/S评分降低,意识指数与脑电双频指数均明显降低,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组麻醉诱导过程中的丙泊酚用量比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论意识指数与脑电双频指数监测靶控丙泊酚全身麻醉诱导时的实际镇静深度,均能获得良好的监测效果,临床价值显著,值得关注并推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of consciousness index and bispectral index in monitoring target control propofol anesthesia induced sedation depth. Methods 96 patients with surgery from April 2014 to April 2015 of our hospital were selected as study objects.Patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table.Patients in two groups were respectively given consciousness index and bispectral index in monitoring target control propofol anesthesia induced sedation depth.The usage of propofol between two groups was compared. Results With the decrease of OAA/S score,both of consciousness index and bispectral index decreased,and the difference had no statistical significance when compared between two groups（P〉0.05）.During the anesthesia induced,the usage of propofol between two groups was equal（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The actual sedative depth that induces by consciousness index and bispectral index in monitoring target control propofol anesthesia can ensure good monitoring effect,which with great clinical value and is worth to popularize and pay attention.
