痰热清联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎的效果观察

Effect observation of tanreqing combined with azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia

目的评析痰热清联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎的临床疗效,优化治疗方案。方法筛选本院2014年1月-2016年1月收治的124例支原体肺炎患儿,应用随机数字表法将其分成治疗组与对照组,每组62例。对照组在止咳退热基础上采用阿奇霉素序贯治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上另予以患者痰热清注射液治疗。比较两组临床效果,血清C-反应蛋白（CRP）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）情况,肺部啰音、发热、咳嗽及X线胸片阴影消失时间。结果治疗后,两组IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平均下降,且治疗组较对照组下降更为显著（P〈0.05）;治疗组咳嗽、发热、X线胸片阴影及肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异统计学有意义（均P〈0.05）。结论痰热清联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎临床疗效较高,优于单用阿奇霉素,不良反应少、安全可靠,有推广价值。

Objective To evaluate and analyze the clinical effect of ranreqing combined with azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia,and optimize therapeutic regimen. Methods 124 patients with Mycoplasma pneumonia admitted into our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were screened.By a random number table,they were evenly divided into treatment group and control group.In the control group,on the basis of relieving cough and abating fever,sequential therapy of azithromycin was adopted.In the treatment group,on the basis of the control group,tanreqing injection was added.The clinical effect,serum C-reactive protein（CRP）,tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）,interleukin-6（IL-6）,and disappearing time of lung rale,fever,cough,and shadow of chest X-ray were compared between the two groups. Results After therapy,the level of IL-6,TNF-α,and CRP was decreased respectively,and the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group respectively（P〈0.05）.Disappearing time of cough,fever,shadow of chest X-ray,and lung rale was shorter in the treatment group compared with that in the control group respectively（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group and the incidence of adverse reaction was lower in the treatment group,which were displayed statistical differences（Both P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tanreqing combined with azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia can obtain a remarkable effect.Its effect is better than that only by azithromycin at advantages of few adverse reactions,safety,and reliability,which has a value of promotion.
