摘要
随着城市建设的快速发展,市政道路下穿(或上跨)铁路桥涵的情况越来越多,在编制该类项目的概预算时,如果采用铁路工程定额和市政工程定额分别进行编制,往往产生一定的差别。此文针对这一问题,以某下穿铁路顶进框架桥项目为例,分别采用铁路工程定额和市政工程定额编制有关分部分项工程的建安费,通过对比,分析产生差别的主要原因。
With the rapid development of city construction, more and more municipal roads are under - cross rail- way bridge. Budget for such projects prepared by railway engineering quota and municipal engineering quota are different. Taking a frame bridge project under - cross railway engineering as an example, the cost of construction and installation work of divisional and sub - divisional works are prepared by railway engineering quota and municipal engineering quota. And the main reason for the difference is analyzed by comparison.
