摘要
在我国高速铁路桥梁工程建设中,已有多条线路设计有在20‰~30‰坡度区段的箱梁架设,但其施工工效尚不明确。通过对大同至西安客运专线3座桥梁在20‰~30‰坡度区段箱梁架设的现场测定,明确施工工序特点,分析人工、机械配置和施工工效,并与现行铁路工程箱梁架设定额进行比较,结果显示,大坡度区段箱梁架设的人工和机械设备消耗量增加幅度较大。
In the construction of China' s high speed railway bridge engineering, 20‰ - 30‰ slope box girder erection section has been used in several railway lines, but the construction work efficiency is not yet clear. Through the field measurement of 3 bridges with 20‰ - 30‰ slope box girder erection in Datong - Xi^m passenger special line, the construction process characteristics of large slope box girder erection is obtained, and the arrangement and work efficiency of construction worker and machinery is analyzed. Analysis results show that the artificial and mechanical consumption of 20‰ -30‰ slope box girder erection has greatly increased compared with the current quota of railway engineering.
