绥阳隧道出口工区冬季施工增加费用分析

摘要 随着铁路建设的快速发展,东北高寒地区铁路建设也逐渐加快。由于受征地拆迁、变更设计等因素的影响,项目的部分关键节点性工程,在整个冬季开展施工的情况也越来越多,从而造成工程投资的增加。此文以东北牡绥铁路绥阳隧道出口工程的冬季施工为例,根据实际情况和统计资料,对采取保温措施开展冬季施工增加的几项费用进行分析与计算,共增加费用492.65万元。占该工程基期人工费和基期机械费的14.52%,超出采用《设计概预算编制办法》计算施工措施费的总费率。由此说明,现行预算定额中计列的冬季施工增加费用不足,建议有关部门编制该类地区的相关定额。 With the rapid development of railway construction, railway construction in northeast heavy frigid region also gradually speeds up. Due to land acquisition demolition, altered design and other factors, more and more key nodes engineering are carried out in winter, which increase engineering investment. Taking winter construction of Suiyang tunnel? as an example, the increased cost of thermal insulation measures was analyzed and calculated according to the actual situation and statistical data. The total increased cost is 4. 9265 million yuan, which is 14.52% of the base labor and machine cost. And the increased cost exceeds the construction measure rate. Therefore, the increased cost for winter construction of current budget quota is not enough. It is suggested that the relevant departments should compiling the relevant quota for the northeast heavy frigid region.
